EGEAN InsureTech was built from the advisor’s side of the desk. We had watched advisors juggle a website, a quoting tool, a CRM and spreadsheets that never talked to each other. Client details were re-typed, follow-ups slipped, and nobody could say where the data really lived.
So we built one system that does it all, held to the standard a regulated Canadian practice needs: your clients’ information protected, kept in Canada, and under your control.

- Servers and databases in Toronto. Documents in Amazon Web Services’ Canada (Central) region. Backups kept in Canada.
- Encrypted, then encrypted again
- TLS in transit and encryption at rest, plus an application-level layer for client identity details, email message bodies, conversations and documents.

- Every user, every account. No exceptions to switch on later.
- Role-based access
- Each person sees only what their role allows, and firms are strictly separated from each other.

- Your firm decides what is collected and why. We process it only to run the service for you, on your instructions.

- We do not sell or rent client data, and we never use it for advertising or marketing profiles.
- No tracking
- No advertising or analytics trackers on this website or in the application.
- Card details never touch our servers
- Payments are entered directly on our payment processor’s pages.
- Leaving is easy
- Export any client file at any time. If you cancel, your firm moves to the free plan and your data stays.
- Deleted means deleted
- Deleted records sit in a recycle bin for 30 days, then are permanently removed.
